Dunarnon Road dwelling, Magherafelt

This project was a new build two storey dwelling with attached garage for a newly married couple. The desire was for a Georgian style home and the brief was worked through with the client. A 3D model and walk through were provided to help the client envisage how it was going to look and each space was carefully thought out to take advantage of the fantastic views the dwelling enjoyed from its prominent location. We were conscious that with any good period property it is important to get the proportions and detailing correct.

As with all our projects we take great care and attention to ensure the design responds to its site, rooms and spaces are positioned to take advantage of a particular view and orientating the dwelling to maximise passive solar gain. We believe that a traditional or contemporary appearance can sit equally comfortably within its environment and compliments its surroundings.
